EnvIndexedFragmentV1
Indexed environment family of a flag or arg fragment, in place of envVar.
count names the variable holding the number of entries. A value family reads one variable per entry; a fields family reads one variable per record field, in the order written. Every template carries {index}, which expands to the zero-based entry index.
